Kazinga Wilderness Safari Camp is located at Queen Elizabeth Park, Katunguru Bridge, near the magical Kazinga channel, 1km off Kasese-Mbarara road, Western Uganda. The lodge has both standard and deluxe cottages, making a total of 10 rooms currently. This is ideal for large groups of 20 guests or more. The facility boasts of a serene environment comprising of spectacular flora and fauna such as elephants, buffaloes, hippos, warthogs and a variety of birds all at a glance of an eye.
Kazinga Wilderness Safari Camp has world class and experienced staff, a fully stocked bar and restaurant, with a lounge that gives guests and visitors a spectacular view of Queen Elizabeth park nearby, and Lakes Edward and George.

Safari Game Drives

Only 12 minutes drive from Kazinga Wilderness Safari Camp to the game drive track, do not miss out on this memorable experience.
Kazinga Boat Cruise
The world renown Kazinga Channel – 32km long – links Lake Edward and George. This Channel is the main water source, the dominant feature in QENP that quenches the thirst of humans and numerous animals and birds. Kazinga channel has one of the world’s largest concentrations of hippos and numerous crocodiles. The Boat cruise trip provides a chance to view different bird species including the king fisher, African Jacana, Yellow backed Weavers, open-billed Stork, Water-Thick knee, Pied kingfishers, Wattled Plovers, among others.
